The Spirit of Praise is on me like never before!!!

Tonight represented another high tipping point for me! We had praise & worship rehearsal (praise team). We kind of went through our regular procedure and rehearsed songs. Because we had a new member to join we went back over Alpha & Omega and that song set it off! After we went through the song, God led me to start playing this random piece that went from one chord to another! That led us to a high spirit of Praise & Worship! God just took over from that point! Members of our praise team started lifting hands, crying, singing and just stayed in a spirit of praise & worship. We started singing a melody of songs! God just took over that rehearsal and that rehearsal probably represented the best rehearsal we have had. Currently our church is in transition but our spirit of Praise & Worship still is strong. They tell me that our old church at the railroad track had a high spirit of praise & worship and it seems like that spirit has been brought over to our current edifice.


This week was one of the best weeks I have had in a long time, probably ever since coming back from Ghana (post coming soon on Ghana). For the most part rehearsals went well this week. School went well also. Lastly everything at work was smooth this week! God has been so good. He also blessed me with a 2004 Cheverolet Malibu that had only 60,200+ miles on it after dealing with cars with over 100,000 miles that had a serious amount of problems! God is so good! I have traditonally been the cool, calm and collected person. Lately when I get on the organ I feel like going crazy. When I'm at home or even in church I just almost feel like dancing, lifting my hands and just giving praise to God. God has been so awesome to me and I feel so blessed! God has seen the best in me even when people didn't think I would be anything! God is so awesome and I don't have ANYTHING to complain about!


Sometimes people might wonder why folk praise God like they do! If only you knew the story behind their praise, you might start praising Him too! There's a story behind the praise and the tears!! And I so excited I done probably made some grammatical and spelling mistakes too....lol! Forgive me it's just that the Spirit of God is just moving like crazy right now!
